My mother-in-law recently stayed at OakView Health Center for rehabilitation, and we had a great experience. The staff was kind, attentive, and truly cared about her comfort and recovery. The nurses and therapy team were wonderful and kept us informed throughout her stay. The facility was also clean and well maintained. We’re very grateful for the care she received through this difficult time. I would highly recommend Oakview Health Center.

The staff is skilled and caring, the facility is clean and nicely decorated, the communication with family is reliable and the coordination with other providers is smooth. This place is run by Saints. My mother was in great hands the entire time.

I recently spent four weeks in this facility and I highly recommend it to anyone needing care. The entire staff was helpful and all knew my name and personally interacted with me. The nursing staff was especially skilled, caring and supportive. I shared a room with another person but it was arranged so it almost felt like a private room. I could choose my own food. When served the food was hot, tasty and what I expected. The facility was clean and well cared for.

My husband has been in Oakview for quite a while, and we could not be more pleased with his care. As a family, we all worry about our loved ones, and the professional, sensitive and caring approach the entire staff at Oakview has, has helped so much. We cannot say enough  about them, and highly recommend them. A special thank you to Maria Tang, Director of  Nursing, the RN’s, CNA’s, Therapists and staff.

My Mom just moved over from UVTO to Oakview AL. She had stayed at Oakview Skilled Nursing several years ago after surgery, and had a fabulous care experience then. Our family is having the same fabulous orientation experience now that Mom is starting at AL. EVERYONE is so kind, caring, competent, empathetic, positive, and friendly. My mom is excited about the beautiful facility, her light and airy, spacious apartment, the food and activities, and above all, the people who are going to be helping her get the most out of her life in this next chapter. We can’t say thanks enough.

Both my Mom and Dad have spent time at the Skilled Nursing portion of the facility and I absolutely cannot say enough about how well the facility is run. The staff are truly caring and compassionate about their patients/guests and the facility is top notch with a nice warm comfortable feel. Highly recommended!!

The care and support my mother received at the Oakveiw Skilled Nursing facility was as good as it humanly gets. The entire staff was professional, caring, kind and compassionate, and accommodating to her personal needs and family.

For a little over 2 months I was a patient in Skilled Nursing here at Oakview Health recovering from a reverse shoulder replacement surgery. The care that I received was highly competent and caring. I am a retired Licensed Clinical Social Worker and know what competent rehabilitation care involves. First and foremost is a highly professional and caring staff. From the Administration, Nursing, Social Work, OT AND PT to the Housekeeping and Food Service I expected and found excellent care and concern. For those looking for a healthy workplace, Oakview is among the very best!

My mother-in-law was recently at Oakview to receive skilled nursing care. The staff at Oakview are highly competent, caring, cheerful, and attentive. I highly recommend Oakview for anyone’s skilled nursing needs.

I recommend OakView wholeheartedly. After several happy years at University Village, my grandmother moved to OakView and, over time, transitioned through Assisted Living, Memory Care, and eventually Skilled Nursing. At each stage, the experience was consistently strong.

My mother moved from Assisted Living to Memory Care to Skilled Nursing, where she lived until she passed at age 100. Each step of the way she received the most loving, expert, personal attention. She never had a bed sore, she was monitored and tended with utmost skill and care, and the staff was sure to note her personal preferences to the very end.

I recently spent four weeks in the Skilled Nursing Unit at Oakview, as I had left the hospital but was not ready to return to living independently yet. The staff were extremely competent, caring and supportive. I was treated with respect and dignity, being included in my health decisions and goals. New medical equipment was introduced into my life and the nursing staff helped me understand the equipment and become comfortable using it. I would recommend it to anyone and would award more stars if possible.
